Wrong Charger for UAE socket
High quality product, and delivery was great, the only thing is strange that we received the product with a charger for Europe, doesn’t fit UAE socket, we requested a replacement. Hope Vileda UAE customers service department to pay an attention for this issue. Thank you!

Stopped working - no warranty
It worked amazing for a few months but stopped working and then there was no warranty or a way to contact the company.

Leaves streaks on floor tiles
The bottom csp to hold the cloth in place keeps falling off and the steam isn’t powerfulEnough to remove light dirt of ceramic floor tiles without having to go over the same spot again and again. Also leaves water mark streaks that show on glossy floor tiles
