Walked the Tour du Mont Blanc with no blisters, due to this product and good boots that fit. The TMB is 100 miles; we did 10 miles a day, 1,000 meters up and down each day. Hired a performance coach out of Chamonix to train, and he recommended using this product on potential blister spots every day for six weeks before we left, and of course every day we hiked. Evening stays at the mountain huts were like emergency rooms, with everyone treating and bandaging their blistered feet. We walked pain and blister free. Big fan.
