Brought this as a gift ,arrived very promptly and the price beat the competition as such i was a little concerned that the quality would suffer due to the price .I was wrong the whole set including the stand are of really good quality .The person I brought it for has not stopped using it .

Arrived missing parts unfortunately

Brought as a Xmas Gift, The item arrived damaged. It came with a 24/7 Support contact which I used in case of problems. Mixology support responded and requested My address in which I proceeded with then heard absolutely nothing from that point onwards. I chased over 3 times over 4-5 days again with No response whatsoever. Have returned item through Amazon who luckily have a excellent return service unlike Mixology !!

Brilliant set with a sturdy stand and the recipe cards are a lovely touch.We're complete beginners to cocktails and this set has been very easy and fun to get to grips with

The set contains practically everything i need as a beginner. the box it comes in is pretty nice, i can imagine it well as a gift.only little flaw is that the Jiggers "only" offer three different measurements because two openings are the same.Instructions inside also offer a way to redeem an extended 3 year warranty. I bought this set after reading the reviews and determining what my needs were as a very novice "bartender". I read a lot of comments about one of the jiggers not appearing to be the right ounce. When I got my set, I noticed the same issue. I measured it out and realized that the 1 oz. is actually about a quarter ounce or so. Frankly, it's not a big deal as the other jigger does have a 1 oz. measurement. I could've asked to have a replacement, but I didn't want to have to deal with it. I can easily get my etching tool out (or Sharpy) and write the correct ounce, if I wanted. From reading the package insert, the company appears to be very customer friendly (also noted in other reviewers comments). I would recommend buying this set AND to be aware there might be a jigger that does not have the right measurement written on it.
