I hate to say it but I think this polish is better than OPI. I never leave polish longer than a week because I like to switch it up, so I can't say how long it lasts, but it's been a week since I painted my nails and they look nearly perfect still. The polish is very opaque, no streaks etc. I did 2 coats of color but I feel like it would look good with only 1 coat. I will be buying more colors!

Longest Lasting Polish EVER
I'd all but given up on nail polish, instead opting to use press-on nails since they don't chip. After one too many lost nails, I decided to give regular nail polish another try. And boy am I happy I did!Essie's Gel Couture Long-Lasting Nail Polish actually does what it says: One coat lasts for weeks, only showing signs of fading along the tips of my nails and NO chipping. In fact, my nails in the photo have been painted for 11 whole days!!!I'm going to stock up on this great polish and will rest easier knowing I no longer have to worry about my nails popping off at inopportune moments! The ripples in my nails look like pen*s veins
I gave a 2 but i feel like im being generous. I feel when I ordered this it didn't say no UV required... I would have skipped on this and kept looking for a REAL gel polish. It says Gel on it. But it is "gel like" according to the ad now. And I normally read and re-read reviews and the about section before I order anything online. It usually takes hours or even days before I decide to purchase!So anyway,- I received this pretty quickly after I ordered which was awesome 👌 and I love the color but I don't have a full day to let them dry! Some people are saying you're suppose to wait 2 minutes inbetween coats.. well last night I decided to try this brand out. I gave it some time to dry after realizing it wasn't drying under the UV but they were still pushing up and making ripples. I sat for a while and eventually went to bed for 8 hours. woke up to chips and ripples in my nails. And even after having all night to dry I push on them and they're soft and will easily damage whatever smooth surface there is left. I dont have a full day to wait on these to dry, who does honestly!Overall If you have 24 hours to sit and wait on your nails to dry then yes this seems like it would turn out great!
