I'm not a baker, and not much of a fan of cakes because of the amount of sugar and maida that goes into desserts. But I follow Archana's kitchen for all recipes, and when I saw she had released a cake mix, I had to try it. More so because of the healthy ingredients. I baked it in the pressure cooker and it turned out so yum! The entire family enjoyed it. Perfectly mildly sweet, and doesn't leave you feeling sick even after a couple of slices. Highly recommend it! Easy to make and delicious too.

Certainly better than maida cake. But you can feel the difference in taste too, which is not bad at all. Not too much sweet. Health conscious people can opt for this cake mix. And follow the exact instructions on the pack. You won't regret it.

The chocolate cake was delicious. It was soft and had the right texture and flavour, and also just the right amount of sweetness. I added some blueberries and it was yum 😋
