For all the bizarreness and in a way poor design aspects of these boots (sloppy fit/not enough eyelets, lack of lining, average finishing, non-durable sole, etc.), they are simply a masterpiece.Even though the back of my leg above the ankle has a full-on cut in it from these, and the leather is showing no sign of softening, they are still the most comfortable footwear I've ever owned. The insole/sole combination is divine and a really interesting and squishy experience. For reference I also own blundstones which are insanely comfortable but in a different way - blundstones feel sterile in comparison. I love the leather used (I got beeswax), even though it's not the absolute best quality it is still decent for the price and fits with the rugged and utilitarian aesthetic of the boots. I love it has that pull up leather quality where creasing the leather pushes the oils around a bit and leaves the creases slightly lighter than the rest of the leather. This may not suit everybody I understand, but you shouldn't be buying these for formal wear.My usual boot size fits well, though I wear thick socks. I think I could've gone half a size down with normal socks without any problem so I'd recommend half a size down if you don't want to get your hiking socks on or are one of those "no socks" yuppies.Good purchase, and at this price I would replace when the sole wears out for sure. Tempted by another colourway now.

Relatively expensive but worth the money for the quality, comfort and durability. A staple that goes with most things.

Having owned earlier versions of the Desert Boot these really are quality, with added comfort from a cushioned inner sole and side support.

I found the sole too spongy and the shoe really didn't fit great, even though the length was perfect , the show felt like it was falling off my foot. The leather is nice but scratches and marks very easily On the positive side the shoe looks great and is well made

Great alternative to the standard clarks desert boots, better all-round sole, not quite as bouncy but the ortholite insole makes these boots very comfortable. The beeswax colour is a definite winner where minor scuffs and creases just rub out. Will buy another pair in a different colour.

Labels and information are correct. The boots are uneven one is bigger than the other really very dissatisfied. I was expecting a premium service.

Came back here to change my review after three months of using..i can honestly say it's products genuine and it's quality is unquestionable. At first me having a flat foot i find it's fitting is very bad and horrible as it hurt my back heel BUT after changing its insoles it's very comfortable. And Buy one size smaller of your normal size

Der Schuh ist etwas breiter geschnitten, die Hōhe bis zu den Fesseln ist sehr gut insgesamt sehen sie sehr gut aus und ich schlūpfe beim Gehen auch nicht an der Ferse raus.Ausserdem sind sie Grōssen gerecht
