Was shocked how much support it gives, easy to apply- not as sticky as the tape you can buy, and it lasts for 2 days I would purchase it again but if it for long term applications the tape is better and much cheaper

Not worth it
I have been using kinesiology tape for years. Bought this as was already pre cut, thought it would make life easier. I stuck it on, before I’d even started working out at the gym it had come off..
