The mouse is perfectly good

I planned to use it with my alienware laptop, planned to use without wires but it’s impossible because of mouse like “reconnecting” periodically but too often. I reinstalled drivers, looked for ppl forums about that and didn’t find any same history. Maybe it’s a fabric defect. I’m upset, will try order another one.Refund that one

Great product from a known reputable company that has multiple manufacturing locations not in the US that utilize questionable quality control methods and design specs. You are paying for the name brand versus the actual quality of design.

Got mine for the insane the deal of $60.This mouse feels like it was hand tailored to my palm, even if I have unusually small hands. The clicks are satisfyingly deep and neither too heavy nor too light feeling. Middle mouse button feels amazing to press down on. Side buttons could be of better shape, but they work fine for what they are. Easy to reach for as well.I will say that even with its unusual shape, it really does feel amazing to hold, but due to its size, it does unfortunately slip out of my hands when I pick it up from the desk. I ordered some DIY grip tape from AliExpress and will create custom fitted tape sheets to cover up that beautiful surface coating and protect it from my disgusting finger oils.Leaves almost nothing to be desired except for perhaps infinity scroll and QI-Charging if you own other mice like that and would prefer either of those features. Battery life without RGB on is exceptional either way (approx. 140 hours), so it's not a deal breaker for me even if it would've been a nice addition. USB-C cable is nice and light for when you want to use it while charging.RGB lighting options are VERY limited, but the default rainbow puke, morph-like effect looks really good.Overall, an exceptional ergonomic mouse that works for all intents and purposes. Dell didn't let us down with this one.
