Today is February 10. I have owned this blanket for a few months and have only used it 3 times. My first time using it I used it on the floor. And never again did i do that. This blanket gets very hot so i was uncomfortable my first time but this blanket works because i was sweating all over. I wind up going on offerup.com to purchase a massage table so I can use the blanket. The best thing I could have done. I got all set up into the blanket and babbbbby let me tell you, this blanket will have you sweating and feeling good. I be so relaxed when I get out of this. If you are interested in this blanket I would say on a rate of 1-10 it's a 10 for me. I'm kinda addicted to this. Today will be my 4th time using it. I'm going to use every other day. My suggestions is set a phone timer in case you fall to sleep. Have a cold towel next to you so you can put on your forehead and have some cold water next to you with a straw in it. Dont eat a heavy meal before getting in or eat a meal after. Eat like some fruit or something. I drink a liter of water mixed with lemons, lime, cucumbers and pineapples to give me that refreshing taste I need. You still reading this????? Go ORDER!!!!

I am so happy with this product I’ve even posted a ridiculous picture of myself here on Amazon , all wrapped up in infrared which may potentially draw mockery and/or taunting—- ad infinitum ! Lol , but really the product did has not disappointed in the least. It shipped from. Hong Kong surprisingly fast & quality is really very impressive. Maybe I expected to be disappointed but I’ve used the infrared “sauna” blanket more than 6 times; the directions it shipped with are clear, the unit easy to operate ( it comes w a remote!) I like a 50 min session @ 75c For me besides relieving joint and muscle pain, stomach pain pain belabored breathing issues I have that nice well being buzz I got from myold challenging 45 min workoutS Mto 4 on the “professional” product at the salon ) and no upper arm sleeves for those using device to burn fat) its absolutely worth my money for what it delivers plus 1) I can use whenever I need /want to without making a reservation; 2) I don’t have to worry about the “ no consecutive days” rule @ spa . Inflammatory episodes are clustered and not alternating! 3) I’m not skeeved by the thought of laying in someone elses sweat! I love love it!💕💕💕💕🧚🏼‍♀️

Part of my Lyme disease treatment is infrared sauna treatments to sweat out impurities. This sauna blanket makes it so easy. The zippers can be used from inside the bag, it has a timer with an automatic shut off, and the top part and bottom parts you can adjust the temperatures separately. The temperature is in celsius so I had to look up how to do that because I haven't used celsius since high school. When I'm done with the sauna blanket I clean the inside with a Clorox Disinfecting Cleaning Wipe and dry it with a towel. I love this product.

Comes with remote, a package of plastic liners, and one page of instructions. I got the larger size and it feels pretty roomy to me at 5'5" 220 lbs I can move around inside. This gets VERY hot, even at 60 setting. I've easily sweat out 2-3 cups of water in 40mins. Really helping me with my at home wellness. I definitely recommend.

The bottom section gets hotter than the top portion and can become unbearable at times. I also feel the blanket gets hotter on the edges of the unit than where my body is naturally positioned. I normally use the sauna at the Y so I no stranger to heat. To fix the displaced heating issue, I found that allowing the unit to run one full cycle (15,30,45, etc. mins.) before getting in helps a lot. Essentially, letting it run allows the coils (or whatever) displace the heat properly, otherwise, the system doesn't displace the heat evenly to areas where your weight is present. I hope that makes sense. Does it get hot? Yes! Will you sweat? Yes! I've cut the plastic bags in half and used them as body wraps on top of Sweet Sweat or some form of sweat enhancing cream. Do I regret my purchase? Kind of but I got this item on Prime Day and it may come in useful when I absolutely cannot make it to the gym and need a detox.

I should say upfront that I am new to sauna use so didnt want to invest a large sum of $ into something I might not even use over time so when I saw the sauna blanket I jumped at the option.I have had the blanket about a month now and use it probably every other day. The quality of this device I would rate as high, and the controls are easy to use (haven’t tried the remote yet). I am 5’10” and the top of the bag comes to my shoulders, making it difficult to fully zip in (not that Id want to actually), and I tend to just keep my arms outside of the bag anyway (tho it’s possible to place the bulk of my arms inside the bag).The bag is light enough and compressible that I will take it w me when I ho on extended trips (carry bag not included).So far Im happy w the purchase and have actually referred interested friends.

I’ve had this sauna blanket for a while but kept it in the box for over a month. Never used until today. It was very easy to put together and I love the pink color. I did 50 minutes and when I unzipped the blanket, I didn’t realize how much I sweated! My clothes were soaked. I’m using the blanket for detox reason and maybe weight loss. I can say that this product is amazing and I will continue to use!
