I like taking mushroom capsules during winter. They help to support my immune system. They typically keep the flue and/or colds away. That is my experience. I cannot prove it empirically but they work in my case.

HE HAS ALSO REDUCED HIS SUGAR INTAKE--WHICH LEADS TO GENERAL INFLAMMATION IN THE BODY. WE LEARNED ABOUT THESE THINGS AND OTHERS FROM DR RICHARD BECKER'S CABLE SHOW AND HIS BOOK, FOUNDATIONS FOR HEALING.

I've been using this product from Nature's Way for almost 3 years, and no other company's come close to this one as far as quality in my experience. Only issue I have is how ridiculously costly they've become and also how the quantity has been diminishing are far as availability. I fully understand supply and demand, but please be a little more reasonable, especially if you want to keep loyal customers such as myself.

Nature's way is certainly one of my favorite trusted supplement brands.
