First off, it's great and if you're a fan of Nakatani Nio's work, from her Touhou stuff to her longer series, then you'd enjoy this oneshot collection.But be warned! This is not a short story collection, Nakatani did not take to writing fiction. It's a collection of manga oneshots. So, if like me, you thought it might be a collection of fiction akin to the super light novel works coming out elsewhere in the genre or something new Nakatani was delving into (she is one of the more literary-inclined manga creators out there), then hold your excitement.Yen Press! If you're reading this, please don't be silly by marketing with terms used in other industries which have very specific definitions and usages when this industry already has in-use terms for these types of anthologies. I am a big fan of Nio Nakatani, most famous for the series Bloom Into You. As noted, this is a collection of previously published works plus a new original short story written specifically for this book. A series of short stories. Many are bittersweet, but many end on a happy note. I really enjoyed this book. Full of promise that could lead to several longer manga series.

A collection from Nakatani Nio; not just romance, but always interesting looks at the inner thoughts and feelings of her characters. Her art's really cute, too!
