I don't want to give these a bad review but I also don't know how well they worked. My ex used my Amazon Prime to buy them and like all the other exercise equipment or cleansing supplies or health foods she bought she never used them. Walking sticks, a trampoline, a bicycle, edible clay, a juicer, multiple cleanse diets, exercise CDs, giant rubber bands, vitamins, special electrolyte filled drinks were all purchased and ultimately thrown out or put in a garage sale. Reading about them and learning how to use them or what a life changing impact they will make in her life was as much of a commitment as she could make to them. After they arrived and she realized they required work she lost interest and went on to the next thing. Maybe her lack of ability to commit to things is why we are no longer together.

I love this stuff for facials, tooth power and internal cleansing! Only used externally until I was struck with an otherworldly food born illness and did not truly feel better until I was brave (and desperate) enough to try internally. TIPS: ginger ale and saltines to take away nausea and keep food and water down then follow with LIVING - hydrated clay drink mix to clean out toxins and undigested oils. I found the clay great for this specific illness because my gallbladder was inflamed and on the frits and it was not excreting the needed bile to break down fats.

I have only used this product once. My best friend recommended it. It works well if you have an upset stomach.

I get extreme swelling from mosquito bites. When I learned about Bentonite Clay I gave it a try and was very pleased. Stirred it into some water (do not use metals) in a glass bowl with my fingers and waited for it to thicken. Then I applied a nice and thick layer it to the bite and swollen area. The swelling reduced significantly and lasted a lot less than usual, not to mention the area I covered didn't itch to death.I can see this helping with poison oak, too.

I received it in a timely manner. As for now, I'm neutral on this since I've very recently started taking this. And have had no positive or negative side effects.As of 4-26 have notice no difference. I'm half way thru this bottle. Still standing in the middle on this. I have read several reviews about this clay stuff and i have not noticed no constipation and the taste is exactly what you you'd expect when drinking hydrated clay. If you want my opinion. It is not unpleasant nor is it thirst quenching.

Very nice clay! I use it in drinks as it is FOOD GRADE so make sure you pay attention to that if that's your goal and it is CALCIUM Bentonite Clay, not some other form. The container is a decent size and full of the product and I expect it to last a long time.I also put some in a mason jar with three parts water and keep that in my bathroom to occasionally put on a mask and it works beautifully.

I've been using this clay in my homemade toothpaste for 6mos now and have been very happy. The clay is an awesome base for my toothpaste and feels, taste and smells like it should. The only thing I wish I could change is that this comes in a plastic bag vs a paper bag or glass jar that I could reuse and/or recycle.

I make homemade tooth paste and tooth powder to brush my teeth. The powder I make calls for calcium bentonite clay, but because it is going in my mouth (and very small amounts COULD be swallowed), I wanted a high quality, food grade clay.I've been very happy with this one thus far. I plan to try it for other uses (like a face mask) in the future, but I'm currently very pleased with it for its primary intent of using it in my tooth powder.
