These taste the best compared to a lot of others and have much higher levels of the vitamins and mineral i want aswell.Very disappointed as these have been out of stock for months and I don’t know where to buy them from now.

Some where broken inside the tube.

This would be my second order. There is a lot more powder left undissolved from what I remember. This stuff will tint your water bottle if left for a few hour hours. Great to drink before bed and when you've been drinking alcohol. I use it during my bike commute.

Easy to transport and have on the go

Somehow I found myself running low on potassium and other electrolytes and despite my doctor telling me eat more of this and that to make up for the shortfall, I couldn't get the amounts I needed to have back my usual energy levels. I blame my hectic lifestyle... And then I found this product and in a week I was feeling like a new man.

Like all vitamins etc not sure if they are working or not, generally have after a drink or two so not too much to say as can't say one way or another.

I tried the tablets this time as a cheaper option the tablets dissolve ok but are a little chalky at the bottom. I think I personally prefer the granules which Iv just ordered more of.I use this before and during my work out to replenish the sweat I loose from a 2 hr sessionIt definaky works and keeps you hydrated but turns the water a greenish/ yellow colour like toxic waste .Overall no issues tastes good and good value for money

Taste not too good especially if they're left to stand longer than 10 minutes. Grainy residue left in the bottom of the glass. O.K but I wouldn't buy them again. Can't comment on their health improveing effects
