The original APC batteries lasted 7 years in service. This replacement only made it 2-years and 3 months. Given this is abnormally low for SLA UPS batteries I reached out to the seller. Unfortunately they were not willing to offer any warranty for the batteries. I strongly recommend looking at a different battery manufacturer for replacements.

In total I have purchased 8 sets of batteries. The packaging is stellar, the inner box is never damaged, which is impressive as these are heavy. We are using these in APC 3000XL units. The connectors are correct and have not heard of a single issue after these batteries are installed. I will continue to purchase these, as long as we have these units, unless price/quality changes.

My computer got rid of the problems that it caused when I would start it up before these new batteries. We'll see if I get 7-8 years out of these like the past ones. These are assembled here in the US. The company seems to do what they need to do to make a good product. I'm glad that all of my problems have gone away.

How long a replacement battery will last, and importantly, the integrity of the casing is unknown to the purchaser. So, what else may indicate quality in what you can see? This is what I observed when I was unpacking my replacements for my SUA2200: a brand new, pure white box with the American Battery logo in color, inside were two smaller boxes, also bright white and fitting perfectly inside the shipping box, on top of the two boxes were the American Battery Guarantee sheet and a card with the return address, each battery was tightly packed with a foam lid and bottom in its own box, the batteries were clean, free of scratches and were neatly re-labeled, the pull cord was new and firmly attached and last, the batteries were at 60% charge. My point: while the supplier offers a 2 year warranty on the product, the attention to detail in the packing, overall neatness, and cleanness of the entire package indicates PRIDE on the part of the manufacturer. I haven't seen this in a long time from and ever from a battery replacement company. This instills CONFIDENCE in my purchase. To American Battery: great job all the way around on this order, and a shout out to your packing and shipping people: Flawless! Your logo is boss as well, its rare to get some old - school going on in IT.

Top notch replacements for the APC batteries. Just as good, if not better, than the originals. It was surprisingly well-packaged. You can tell that this company has pride in their products. You can find ones that are a little cheaper, but they're usually junk. These are great, and still much cheaper than OEM replacements.
