On the bottom of the mug, it states do not microwave

Really? It’s a mug, don’t be a pig and it won’t come out of both sides of your mouth

Q: In responce to this is a good cup. I’ve bought 2 separate purchases in the past year. Both leak?

Contact Amazon!! It shouldn’t do that-mine has never done that. I wash mine by hand and don’t ever microwave it and maybe those are reasons why. Either way, contact your seller first and then Amazon if you get nowhere.
