Faulty camera
I asked to return the camera I was told okay but when we shipped it the end address refused to accept delivery so now I am forced to have a camera that is faulty so your decision whether you choose to trust the seller I’ve just given you my experience, who’s to say you will not have the same experience!!!

AVOID this if you want to record more than 10 minutes of footage!
only given 1 star because there isn't an option for 0 stars.I bought this camcorder and it is an absolute waste of money - i tried to record an hours worth of footage, but the camera stops recording after 7 minutes (on HD mode). the remaining time of the video is a frozen screen from the frame at 7 minutes - or whatever time it 'freezes'.I tried with lower resolutions (720) and the maximum I could get was 16minutes, then the same issue of freezing. 2.7K allowed 5 minutes of footage, before again, freezing.all of these were attempted on a formatted, 256GB memory card. so the issue isn't with the card being full.There are no links to a website to help or offer support for any issues.absolute rubbish product. avoid this camera!
