Our little monster would not sleep very well.He would fight the classic swaddles made with various blankets, he would suddenly wake up in the night, there was litterally nothing to do to make him sleep.I read the review, stating this was the "magical solution", and that it was a "true miracle"... well... IT IS TRUE.I think it works so well because of the design of the inside: the arms are "locked" in place, and the little wings wrap under his body, so his body weight prevents him from loosening his arms. This way, he can't break out of the swaddle, and he stays asleep for the whole night.Thank you for designing such a good/smart product.

Love this swaddle. I will say it does take kind of a long time to get on and off and a little more effort than other swaddled, however it has been the only one to do the job for us. I tried many different swaddles with both of my babies, from Velcro, to tight pods with zippers to receiving blankets. They would always manager to get their hands up to their faces and after a few min drive them crazy enough to cry. That is unless I made it so tight that they practically couldn't breath!!! And even then they would find a way to escape sometimes. I got this and it's been a life and sleep saver for me. I don't have to make it super tight but the way you wrap them there is no escaping! The extra min or 2 to get it on or off is well worth the hassle to not be disturbed because they got ahold of their little hands. Seems after too because it doesnt ride up or just come undone like a receiving blanket. I'd say 2 thumbs up. I'm gonna buy another one!

I am very happy with this swaddle blanket! I ordered this to use on my previously un-swaddle-able 7 week old. The first time I put it on he cried in protest but quickly settled down. Since then, no problem when using it.As much as he used to hate being swaddled, he seems to appreciate this. This swaddle keeps his arms at his side (no startling awake and no hitting himself in the face!) and also keeps him warm. The cotton material is smooth and the way it wraps around provides some extra layers of warmth.I don't know that this has made him sleep longer periods of time, but it has definitely improved his quality of sleep. It has helped with naps as well as overnights. It was worth the purchase, and after a few days, I bought another one.

This swaddle is also great because it can be used up to 14 weeks, giving the baby plenty of wiggle room for their legs to grow (versus other swaddles that get outgrown quickly).In sum, if you must get one swaddle blanket, this is IT! don't waste your time or money on other types of swaddle blankets!
