Great1 it work with any SRAM 10 speed component
I bought this SRAM Force to replace the broken SRAM Red, original one, it is a little bit heavier, but harder, it fix perfect and as well work with the rest of the SRAM Red components, all the set is 10 speed

Best bike hardware on the market
SRAM has exploded in popularity and market share the last few years.I find their equipment sets up easier, is more rugged and dials in easier.I'm a SRAM guy from here on.

Crisp shifting
Easy set up. Very little nuance to it the shifting is exactly what I had been hoping for.

I just added a wolf tooth road link the derailleur hanger and installed a sram 11/36 cassette and it works great with the 50/34 chain rings
I have used it for 8K miles with no problems. I just added a wolf tooth road link the derailleur hanger and installed a sram 11/36 cassette and it works great with the 50/34 chain rings. You will have to screw the B screw almost all the way out for it to work properly. Cervelo R3

It's SRAM and not Shimano.
It's a direct replacement for the one a broke during a speed shed event. I crashed. An excellent derailleur, part of the whole group set.

SRAM Force Medium Cage WiFli rear derailleur - great upgrades for hilly areas
swapped out my older SRAM Force for this new medium cage shifter. Went on flawlessly, and allowed my to put on an 11-30 rear cassette. Made my hill climbs in the local mountains much more enjoyable! Was hoping to up grade to the SRAM 11-32 cassette, but my freehub only accepts Shimano Dura-ace hubs, darn it!Very smooth shifting, much more precise than my old one. Goes into the 30 tooth cog with no grinding or resistance. Love it!!

Best for the money
Best rear derailleur for the money, in my opinion. Just don't understand the SRAM tiering - bottom 3 tiers all under $100, top 1 tier is like $250. To me, Force is the best way to go for your average cyclist.

Did not work for me...
Nice, typical SRAM quality but it did not work for me... I replaced my 11-32 cassette w/ 11-28 so I also replaced my SRAM Apex with this Force derailleur. Unfortunately, somehow I could not get this to shift smoothly. I jumps and skips between 7th & 8th gears. I replaced back my Apex and it works just fine.
