I bought these to help with stress and to help me focus in long work meetings. Once I hit the hour point in a work meeting I need something to help keep me sane and these help quite a lot. They're nice and durable. (I have a lot of meetings.)

It works really good I love it it great for your arm and wrist at the surgery.

I deal with people and I am a people manager and it comes with some stress. I tried other stress balls, you know the ones filled with kinetic sand. Well even after adding another ballow to it, it finally burst open and was everywhere on the floor. Getting this was the best replacement, no mess, no fuss, just squeeze and destress. I ordered the two pack and the wifed used one and lets just say I now only have one ;)

I was hoping this would be better than the plain gel ones but they’re not as satisfying in my opinion. Not bad but I’d also skip the fabric if you’re thinking that’s what you want. Both types with and without fabric will eventually get dirty there’s no avoiding it realistically. Not bad but not great, they are actually different in firmness which is nice. Much prefer the firm gel kind myself.

I purchased these for exercise classes at the Senior Center. They are an excellent size and resistance for the hand and finger exercises that we do. I can easily move them from my palms to my fingers without loosing grip. I am completely satisfied with them.

Purchased this due to a tennis elbow type injury and began using it according to a physio instruction plan I received. Surprisingly, within 24 hours the arm feels better and I have improved movement. This ball set is just the exact hardness I needed at the best price. The balls came individually shrink wrapped in plastic, which I left on in order to protect them from dust, wear and tear, and they work fine this way. The blue one is a bit softer than the grey one and this is just perfect. There is also an instruction sheet with links to online exercise videos for this product. Highly recommend this set.

Aufgrund einer Handverletzung war ich auf der Suche nach einem Ball für kräftigende Handübungen.Das Material greift sich gut an. Durch die verschiedenen Härtegrade ist ein aufbauendes Training möglich.Die Größe passt für meine Hände.Bis jetzt bin ich recht zufrieden.

Believe it or not my cat uses these as something to chase and the material being tear resistant is great for when he bites on it!
