Worth it.
I was on the fence about buying this bag, but I'm so glad I did. I have a commute within my commute; the employee parking lot at my workplace is either a bus ride or a steep hike (we're talking 134 steps straight up) away from the rest of campus. I knew I needed a backpack style to make lugging pumping equipment manageable, and this bag looks sharp and not like something for a camping trip or that kids would carry. My Medela Pump in Style only takes up about half of the pump pocket, so there's lots of room for the wall charger, the tubing, and my pumping bra. The Medela 4-bottle cooler fits perfectly in the main compartment next to it. I slip my iPad into the laptop sleeve, and there's still just enough room to cram in my Sarah Wells Pumparoo and my lunch. The smaller organizer pockets carry the car charger, a Sharpie, pacifier wipes, etc.The "shoulder straps" are really not long enough, in my opinion, but they are good for grabbing when you're just moving the bag a short distance. I always intended to use the backpack functionality more, anyway. Note that there is no short hanging/grabbing loop on top like there is on a traditional backpack, however. I've ended up leaving both of the shoulder straps out all of the time to make up for it, which does look a little odd with the backpack straps out, too. The shoulder straps are nice and sturdy, but I'm a little worried that the backpack straps may not hold up to the long haul. They're comfortable enough for a few minutes' walk, but I'm not sure they're going to hold up to the abuse of lugging all of this stuff long-term.As an aside, the bright pink lining also boosts my spirits a bit when I'm tired or feeling down. :) I didn't think I'd like it, but it's actually a great bonus!

I did not want to like it
I held off buying this bag due to the price and tried out two more pump bags off Amazon before finally ordering this one. I was hoping when it arrived it was not worth it and I could simply return it, but it turned out to be great. It fits my pump and flanges perfectly. It's compact but also fits a lot. I love all the pockets and have easily found uses for them. It's just a very well thought out and practical bag. So far the quality seems great and it seems a very worthwhile purchase. I EP and having a bag this perfect will make lugging my pump everywhere so much more convenient.

I'm a Big Fan!
This bag is absolutely wonderful. It goes with me everywhere and fits my Spectra S2 perfectly. It has a nice pocket on the inside that allows me to keep my work folders and planner organized and plenty of room for all my pumping accessories. The plain black is perfect for military in uniform. I prefer to use the bag as a shoulder-slung bag vs. as a backpack as I found the backpack a bit uncomfortable but that's not a big deal to me. I highly recommend this bag if you're on the hunt for a functional, high-quality breast pump bag. Thanks @SarahWells -- job well done!!

NOT RETURNABLE
Ordered 2 pumping bags to see which would fit my Spectra pump best. The Sarah Wells bag is very large, which might be good for some people but is way too big for my needs. It is unstructured so it doesn't stay upright or open very well. BUT IT CAN'T BE RETURNED so don't buy it if you're not 100% sure you want it. Shocking that they don't post that clearly anywhere that it's not returnable (mine arrived less than a week ago). I was going to purchase some other Sarah Wells products but now I'm intentionally choosing other brands.

Does not fit 15” laptop as claimed
I was excited to receive this backpack and I want to love this backpack but I’m disappointed.Pros:1) Tons and tons of space. I was skeptical how much I could fit in there but when I have it in my hands, I can see myself fitting my laptop, it’s adapter, lunch box, tumbler, water bottle, Medela PISA and its power accessories, my cooler bag, my lunch, my keys, my wallet, and maybe other miscellaneous items as well. That might be too much weight on the backpack, idk.2) Lots and Lots of pockets. I was worried about having just one insulated pocket but it’s tall so I can put both the PISA and the cooler in there. Idk if putting an ice pack in the same compartment with an electronic equipment is a good idea though.Cons:1) It is advertised to fit a 15” laptop in the backpack which was the selling point for me but it doesn’t. It is about 1-1.5 inches too short. I have to really try and wrap the backpack over the laptop to be able to zip it up.2) The zipper is also very difficult to zip and doesn’t seem to be very durable. For the price, i wish it would have a smooth and more durable zipper like those zippers on normal laptop backpacks.I really wish either Kaylaa or Sarah Wells would make a taller pumping backpack that would fit up to 17” laptop. I would totally purchase it in a heartbeat. In the meantime, this will do.
