Favorite White Bird Casting Rod

Excellent rod for throwing soft plastics. The tip of the rod is very flexible allowing you to cast light lures further. It also has good backbone to bring in big fish. I imagine it could work well for fishing crankbaits. Very happy with my purchase. I ordered the MH and i must say it feels more like a medium action because of the tip. If you're trying for bigger fish then i would go with the heavy action.

Seriously impressed with this rod. I've seen some of the sponsorships and though it was a gimmick and I'm definitely a believer now. I bought this on a whim and I paired it up with a KastKing Crixus Baitcaster 6.5:1 on 15 lb braid and it's an absolute dream setup. The action on this rod is great. Very sensitive but has enough backbone to haul in a good sized fish. I have a $350 Lew’s Pro-Ti SLP reel on a $150 St. Croix rod and I think I enjoy this setup even more than that one. I was throwing a 3/8 chatterbait 75 feet easily.First time using it I caught over 20 bass and a great size catfish. The catfish definitely put the drag and fast action to the test but the combo just ate through it all.

I purchased this rod for my boyfriend recently and he finally got to take it out for use today. He was so excited to try this rod out seeing as he has heard so much about it and done research on it. Due to Covid-19, he has not had time off to relax and fish, so when he finally had a day off I surprised him with it. We went out for him to fish, however, within 15 minutes of fishing and catching nothing yet, the rod snapped. This was his first time even touching the rod and nothing even caught onto it. I was very disappointed with this rod and felt horrible for him because it was his first day off in a while and I wanted it to be perfect. I would not recommend this rod to anyone. It does not seem sturdy seeing as it snapped within the first few minutes of usage when it was fresh out the box.

Boy Oh, boy I'm glad I bought this rod for $68.48... You can't beat it, and man is it light. You can go fishing with it for hours, and hours, and not get fatigue at all. I love this rod it's become my FAVORITE. Get it FAVORITE...😀

I usually don’t do a review very often but felt I needed to give my fellow fisherman a heads up. I bought two of these rods and Liked the way they handle bass and cast, after three months I was using one today to throw a deep diving crank bait and the rod snapped in half mid way of rod. I will send it back for warranty and feel it’s a factor defect but needed to document this in case other instances occur.

A great reel that I paired with my SLX DC. This is a great set up for top water. This rod is lighter than what most people expect, especially for size heavy rod, but I see that as a pro and not a con.

Arrived early, great packaging, and feels great in the hand. Can beat it at this price point. Plus the rod sleeve is a good bonus...

I like this rod quite a bit, the description of the action might be a bit different than other rod brands though. It is a very whippy and soft action compared to others of the same action. Caught a lot of fish with it though and it came with a nice rod sleeve.
