Love the high quality stainless steel & tempered glass - will be so much more durable than Plexiglas cases & no nasty chemicals from heating aluminum. Cleaning is a bit of a chore, but not too bad... Unbeatable flavour, easy to use, lots of space to add kernels to the kettle, unlike smaller units. Great customer service - highly recommend

Compre el de 6oz, arme e instale en la sala para el cumpleaños de mi esposo. Puse las 6oz y nuuuunca se hicieron, intente con 5 y salieron unas cuantas, con 4 alli mas o menos y no fue hasta que pise solo 3 oz que salieron todas y super bonitas. LA MITAD de las que dice la publicación.Leyendo el instructivo veo que solo era para 4 oz y solo porque la entrega tarda tanto y me da miedo que se rompa algo y la revolución no me la den completa ya ni modo, me lo quede, pero si estoy bastante inconforme, me mandaron una maquina de menor capacidad.

I initially bought a cheaper unit from a different brand and we got hooked on making home popcorn. Sadly, the size was too small and needed to do about 6-7 batches for the family.Wanting something bigger, but not too big so it can be stored easily, I decided to get this model from the Great Northern Popcorn company. It's bigger than my previous unit, but not too big, and it creates bigger batches. On top of that, the top of the hot element is not a door, but rather it tends to move up along with the popcorn. This seems to help on losing too many kernels.The unit feels well constructed, not cheap, and it does a great job at making tasty popcorn. The light keeps the popcorn warms for hours. I will buy back from this company.

Good materials. The stainless steel and glass is appreciated. Easy to clean. Takes some practice to get the results i'm after. I don't mind. This is fun to use. Its so quiet, I had to make sure it was running. Came packed incredibly well. The door needed adjustment. I'm not surprised and was expecting to have to tweak things. It is now aligned and functioning perfectly.
