Outstanding. Highly recommend.
Very very good product. Just a small dab refreshed my $250 Red Wing boots (see pics). The leather literally absorbs the wax. I used like 1/8 oz on each boot so this tub will last a very long time. Highly recommend purchasing. A+

Made for boots and works well
This is a soft paste made up of neatsfoot oil, soy/beeswax and aloe Vera. It is made in Texas, nice to see an American product for a change. Now, this does have a pretty strong chemical odor, it is intended to be a boot wax and it works excellent on boots but I don’t recommend you use this on anything else. The smell is pretty bad and lingers and would be unpleasant on things like handbags, belts or anything near your nose or things you handle. That said, I use to live in South Florida and I used a beeswax product on my boots that smelled like honey. The roaches had a field day chewing my boots so badly they removed the top layer of leather. The smell of honey attracted bugs, that’s not an issue with this product it definitely doesn’t smell like honey.Used as intended, this boot wax made all my boots look new and really conditioned the leather and made water bead up on them. This is a soft white translucent wax, you don’t need very much, it goes a long way. The product works very well but I really hate the smell and it’s hard to get the smell off your hands, thus 4 stars. I’ll use rubber gloves next time I use this.

Amazing Results
I didn't take a photo, because I was too embarrassed. I'm sorry now I didn't; I should have. I do have the after photo.I live in the Southern U.S., and I made the mistake of leaving a vintage leather holster in the open air at the top of my master bedroom closet. That closet is one hall from the master bath (think daily shower mist), and has one outdoor wall (think summer humidity). I'm sure at some point I planned to put that holster in a box, but I never did. Out of sight, blissfully out of mind.Fast forward to 2? 4? years later, a massive closet cleaning, and I find the holster, covered with green stuff. It was gross. Ugh. Well, OK, I'm up for a challenge. On go the rubber gloves. I get some pieces of old bedsheet, and this product. Honestly, I wasn't even sure this product could "clean" - the can isn't exactly covered with instructions - but it was use this product, or toss the holster in the trash can, and I was willing to try (and the vendor says here on the site it does clean, hooray). And it worked. Not just on the smooth leather, but also on the suede. It was a MIRACLE. I used circular motions, plenty of product on the bedsheet, and the awful looking green stuff is gone - that holster looks as nice as when my grandfather wore it. Nicer, actually.Hopefully I'll find some box to put it in before I start the whole cycle again. But: for cleaning old leather, it was AMAZING. Haven't used it on anything that wasn't a complete disaster, yet, but if it can take on a 70-year old holster with mold, I'm sure it can cope with a pair of shoes, belt, harness, or jacket. Top notch product. Smelled good, too.

Great Product
We love to buy leather shoes. They cost more, but you can always recondition them, whereas when plastic goes, it goes. This is why we are glad to invest in leather care products such as this 3 Andrews - Boot Wax.The wax is in a nice jar that is easy to open, it is not shallow like a mink oil or polish can, which is nice. It's easy to cup in one hand as you apply with the other. The wax goes on smoothly with a rag, and then leaves a slight sheen when you buff with a brush. It does not have any dyes, so it will not change the color of the tanning, unless it darkens it just a tad.He used it on every leather boot and shoe he owns, and he is very happy. We experience a lot of rain and snow in the winter months here in the Northwest, so the water repelling qualities of this wax is very important.I have been used to using Johnson's beeswax for our furniture, and I'm certain this will have the same effect. When using it on furniture, it's the buffing that brings out the shine (something we learned in army basic training years ago).Great product--made in the USA--best part!

Restores the original finish
This boot wax is more like boot oil or grease. I had boots that had been sitting with mud caked on them for some time. I was able to clean them and then use this polish to restore the dark color of the boots. The boots look almost like new.
