Sealy Compared with Tempur-Neck Pillow
For many years I purchased the Tempurpedic Neck Pillow at Target for my husband. They no longer carry it in the store, and the price has gone sky-high online. I came to Amazon and found this version by Sealy. As compared to the Tempur-Neck Pillow, the Sealy is a bit softer and does not have as deeply a defined contour for the head to rest in. This means that your head will not tilt as far back and your chin will not be as high. My husband said this one was not going to work for him, so I paid $100+ and ordered the Tempurpedic pillow from their store. However, I am going to keep this pillow. It will be an excellent addition to my guest pillows, giving my guests the option of a contoured pillow if they wish at a reasonable price. So as compared with the Tempurpedic pillow, this is a bit softer and does not have as much of a contour, but may work for you!

Mostly good
For the most part, I've enjoyed this pillow over the past few months. I suffer from chronic migraines and woke up most days with a severe headache. Since purchasing this pillow, my number of migraine mornings has been reduced significantly. I feel that the contouring of the pillow and the memory foam support is what makes the difference in ensuring my neck is aligned properly overnight. There are two areas where I feel the pillow needs some improvement. The first is in cooling. It is certainly not the warmest memory foam pillow on the market but it's not the coolest either. Many of my headaches are triggered by heat and I feel that a pillow with more cooling properties would be beneficial. The other area for improvement is in edge support. The pillow tends to collapse if I lay my head near the edge. Sturdier foam along the edges would fix that issue.

A Firm Pillow, But That is what I like.
This is a firm pillow, but that was what I was looking for. I like to sleep on my side and if the pillow is soft it feels like it is smothering me. I also liked that the pillow is shorter than standard pillows. Again that is what I was looking for. It also works fine when sleeping on my back. For me it's the best pillow I've had in a long time.

Itchy situation (bed bug alert)
I don't know where these pillows came from what Factory or whatever but all I know is ever since I put this pillow on my bed I've been bitten twice. And the contours could be better. Edit about 2 weeks after the initial review I did indeed come home and find a little critter on a sheet of white paper laying atop of my bed. Happy to say no more bites, but sad to say even though the pillows are nice once you learn how to use them , it's not worth ordering the other gift that keeps on giving. FUMIGATE THE WAREHOUSE PLEASE

Not enough contour
I had the same type pillow from Sears that held up well for years. I decided to replace it with this one. The contour on the new one is not as great as the one from Sears. I’m using it, but really miss my old one. The old one gave me much better neck support
