Tasty and comprehensive
I like the depth and breadth of the recipes in this book and the way that the essential flavors of several distinct culinary traditions are explored throughout. Generally, the recipes pull together well. I would suggest in the future a glossary or list of ingredients that is alphabetical. Some of these were unfamiliar to me and it took me some time to track down what they were so I could purchase them.
