Like others, I couldn't locate one of these at any hardware or construction supply stores, so this was a nice find. Price seems reasonable, and the size was exact.The threshold/sill that arrived was slightly different than the one pictured, which made install a touch more challenging, but not hugely so. Also mildly annoyed that it was pre-assembled and tacked together with staples and brad nails - I was retrofitting an older frame, so I had to disassemble the sill to secure it to my existing structure. Again, not a big deal, but made installing it just a smidge harder than it needed to be.Overall, bery happy with the product quality so far - we'll see how it holds up: the plastic threshhold's sharp edges and rigid material seems like it might be less durable than the rounded softer plastic pictured in the item listing, but only time will tell.

We just replaced all 3 of our exterior door thresholds with these from Frost King. They look great installed. They seem like they're sturdy and will last well. I like that the sturdy vinyl attaches to the metal. These replaced 30 year old hardwood and aluminum designed thresholds where the wood began to rot. Wood looks fancier, but I don't think the screws through exposed wood make a very water tight design. These have wood hidden under the vinyl, so the only exposed parts are water proof.It took some figuring for my husband to figure out how to separate the vinyl from the wood block, then snap them back together, but he got it done. We just finished off the installations with 100% silicone caulk around all the edges.
