Not about Kintsugi
Not about Kintsugi. It's about Christian miracles, but easy read and interesting. Passed it on to a Christian.

Not a Zen approach!
Don't be mislead by the title, like I was. This is a Christian book about being broken and repaired by Jesus. Nothing wrong with that, but it's not a Zen approach to repair as the title suggests. This book is very much Christian.Below is the definition of Kintsugi, so you can see why I feel mislead. My bad, I should have "looked inside"Kintsugi...is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with lacquer dusted or mixed with powdered gold, silver, or platinum, a method similar to the maki-e technique.[2][3][4] As a philosophy it treats breakage and repair as part of the history of an object, rather than something to disguise.

I bought the wrong book. I assumed the subject matter would be a ceramic technique called kintsugi. This book is a religious in subject matter. I did not read it , and I never will.

Read the full cover, guys.
If you read more than just the title, you’ll know it’s a religious book. A good one if you’re into the art or have ever been through this stage. Ignore the reviews by toddlers in adult skin who don’t know how to internet shop. As with every book, read the back before buying. If you want an introduction to the art of kintsugi, YouTube offers a few solid tutorials.

Failure to satisfy
The term Kintsugi refers to a process for mending ceramics and has been hijacked by the author of this book. The book is not clearly described on the Amazon site. It turns out to be some kind of religious treatise.

Religious book not the Japanese art of Kintsugi
This book is not what I thought it was - the Japanese art of Kintsugi. It's actually a religious book. Don't be mislead.
