Decent tea but packaging is not the best
The tea itself is ok. Nothing to brag about but also not the worst I’ve had. Definitely a bitter flavor for my palate. The packaging is where I am disappointed. You have to be extra cautious when tearing the top open because even with being careful, I almost always tear the tea bag open as well. I transfer it to my steeping spoon. I never have this problem with other tea brands.

I have no problem with the tea, however when I order from Amazon I expect Amazon to deliver my package not the United States Postal Service because they lose orders to much
