These lanterns were purchased by my husband. We have them at our pool side. The lighting is a nice added touch and gives off just that little bit of extra light so that you are able to see around the area. The sound is nice, there is not crackling unless the phone that is blue toothed to it is moved several yards away from it. The only thing that I don't care for is that they aren't waterproof, so you have to always remember to take them down and find somewhere to store them until you need them again. I don't have a lot of extra room and would much rather leave them outside until they are needing charged. The battery life seems to last for several hours. We can be outside at the pool for 8+ hours and the batteries don't die.

These are really great speakers. Used them for an outdoor party on the back patio. Awesome. Good size, not too big. Good sound and charge lasts a long time. Use them outside when I’m gardening.Only complaint…the control buttons are hard to see. Will probably use fingernail polish in different colors to differentiate what’s what.Very sturdy. Good weight to them ( not heavy) that makes them very stable.

Price and easy to use Quality sounds

I bought these as a replacement for another pair. For music, they work well and the sound is clear. HOWEVER, for an open space, they are not very loud, hence the 4 star rating. I have them in a gazebo, and for the most part, the sound is enough, but is is not as full and rich as the pair it replaced. I tried angling them to get a sound reflection of a fence, but there is not really a way to make it sound bigger. Another reviewer mentioned there is a synch issue if used with a TV...meaning the bluetooth sound lags about a 1/2 second behind the actual audio on screen, so do not get these if that is your intention. My prior pair was MUCH faster and the synch was not really noticeable. These ARE NOTICEABLE for sure. I think that these are generally better than other hand held bluetooth speakers and they do seem to give true stereo sound. I have only had these a couple of days, and so far, so good. The lights are soft warm as a default, which I find pleasing.

I purchased these for two reasons, one the wireless speakers and the fact they had a light in them. They were purchased for an outdoor gazebo and they fit perfectly in there. The wifi was easy to connect to, and the fact that it's like stereo sound is even better. It took me a little bit to figure that out, but once I did they've stayed connected even after recharging them. The light is perfect it does look like lanterns and it's just a great addition to the gazebo. I'd buy this brand again.

Use the speakers around the pool! Multiple lighting options and a great sound!!!

Nice sound and volume. We use them by our pool. Bought little wall hooks to hang them. Only downfall is sometimes they don’t pair. Just have to reset them. They have good battery life. Bought them on Daily Deal. Well worth the money. Kind of wish I bought another pair.

These are very nice speakers with true stereo and good sound.My issue is on one, the batteries hold a charge for about 10 minutes if I’m lucky. Speaker is less than year old and I was careful to stop charging when charged up. Kept it out of sun and weather, general good care.I’d replace the batteries if they were accessible. But looks like they are not.I use an external battery pack to listen and get use of this bad speaker.Not happy, but making this work.
