myCable Charge and Sync Micro USB Cable Vibrant Series Tangle Free Flat 3 ft Cable - Black

I use it to charge my Samsung Galaxy S5, while it works, it is tangle free, and easy to store.... it charges really slow, I used an amp tester and turns out that with a normal USB cable it draws 1.2amps so the phone charges at normal speed 1-3 hours, but if I use this cable it only draws 0.34amps, so it takes what it feels like ages to charge, like 8 hours.So while it is a functional and nice designed USB cable, it is useless as a charging cable at least on the go, it is ok if you don't mind letting your phone charging all night, but if you use it for example on your car with the GPS on the battery will discharge faster than what this cable can charge.I love flat cables so I'm looking for an alternative that is also flat but ticker to make sure it allows the current to flow trough it without such bottleneckEDIT: December 14th 2014.If you are looking for a flat fast charging cable, which I did after tossing several in the garbage, get this one http://amzn.com/B00FY2V4YK is the only one I have found that can handle over 1.3amps (1.3amps being the higher energy demanding USB device I have)

Glad I picked this one!Charges my HTC One M8 quickly and reliably. Does not get hot. The flat cable allows me to plug the charger into my console 12V outlet and run the cable under the console lid without pinching or damaging the cable.
