Black cumin seed oil is an absolute powerhouse. It has numerous active compounds that are responsible for its medicinal benefits; nigellone, thymoquinone myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, palmitoleic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, arachidonic acid, proteins and vitamins B1, B2, B3, calcium, folate, iron, copper, zinc and phosphorous.I use it on my skin and take it internally. Be warned, when you take it straight it has a fairly intense taste that is strong and peppery. If you have trouble downing it on its own, smoothies are definitely a more palatable way to reap the benefits of this incredible oil. I'm not actively trying to combat any health issues, but I do feel a sense general wellbeing when I do take it, I have more energy and feel less sluggish. I have heard some other incredible health testimonials, though. I also like to treat my skin with it every so often. I put it on before bed and wake up with supple, glowing skin. It's definitely a treat and your skin will thank you.It comes in a nice, dark-coloured glass bottle, which is much appreciated. This size and price is fair when you consider its benefits. I'm definitely pleased and will be repurchasing!

I like big size of the bottle, taste of oil is good - only very strong, I was always tired , now I feel much stronger. This oil is just great !! 👍🏻✨

This is the only brand I have ever bought so I don’t have others to complain to. I don’t mind the taste. Like that it comes in a dark, glass bottle and is organic. It’s a product of Turkey if anyone cares - trying to avoid made in China products.

Love this product

I wanted to be able to ingest this product for purported health benefits (mainly gut issues) but I can’t tolerate the taste at all. So I started using it as a benefit for my skin for helping with hyperpigmentation (I have age spots and wrinkles) and while I would not suggest any miracles, I do love the texture on my skin. Even though it’s oil, it feels more velvety and makes my skin feel very smooth. I’ve been using it for about a month mornings and nighttime and so far will stick with it - plus it’s far more economical than typical facial creams (and I’ve used a million of them)
