We bought these glasses to give as a gift for the groomsmen. We purchased key chains and shot glasses to give as a combo gift to the wedding party and they loved it. Especially since their names were on them. The price was great and the engraving looks wonderful. I would recommend for and inexpensive wedding party gift. For our wedding, we were hit with alot of last minute costs, so this gift didn't break the budget and they appreciated it. The only thing I was concerned with was having to send a very detailed email after the order was placed with exactly what I wanted on each glass. Also, the vendor doesn't provide a "proof" of what the final product will look like. I just had to wait for it to be sent to me. But I liked the end result so I would order from them again.

I ordered these glasses for our groomsmen exactly a week before our wedding and was a little apprehensive about having to email the vendor after purchasing them to give directions aaa to what I wanted them to say but I received the directions very shortly after ordering, within minutes, and explained my request. They came I'm the mail less than a week later and looked great except for the one broken glass that was smashed to dust. I quickly email the vendor back and told them what had happend and they said it wasn't a problem to send a replacement. I thought it would come Iin time for our wedding which was still 3 weeks out but it was never sent. I have since emailed them about 2 mode times at least asking for an explanation as to why it was never sent but with no reply. I loved the glasses and would have been satisfied with the vendor but after not receiving a replacement I was upset. We had to give every one but one their shot glass with their names and wedding party title except one that we had to give a completely different glass.

There's a very cute. We ordered the for our wedding day for the boys to drink while getting ready.Unfortunately, 18 months later the engraving has faded.They did the job at the time, but sad that they won't be the keepsake we had wanted.

I bought these shot glasses for our groomsmen in our recent wedding. I liked the idea of personalization by monogramming so I chose this as my engraving option. When it came time to send an email specifying the engraving details I searched all over there website to see how to enter the initials. I did not see any details for monogramming. So, I sent the email indicating each first, middle, and last initial. When I got the shipment they printed every monogram the way they saw it on the email, even though I indicated the first, middle, and last initial. Not only did they make this mistake but they also printed one glass completely wrong. I emailed them to let them know they were printed wrong and I need them to be fixed as soon as possible since our wedding was less than 2 weeks away. This company refused to fix them. I usually don't write a bad review for a company because I feel all people make mistakes, but as a small business owner myself I felt that it was appropriate because this company does not stand behind the product they produce. Horrible customer service. I will not order from them again.

They look great, received them fast w/no problems. The only part I was a little hesitant on was the engraving, because you have to order first and then email your engraving details...but it worked out fine, once I ordered I went back to my order details and emailed the seller my engraving details...later that night I received an email from the seller that my email was received and my order was being processed. I would order from this seller again!

Ordered these for groomsmen, the finished product was great, the quality of the glasses was better than i expected. They came wrapped in lots of newspaper, none were broken or scratched. Also received it within a week I believe, super fast. For the price and being personalized, these are awesome gifts.

their turn around.. the speed .. the communicativeness.. just perfect. i had forgotten to add something after i order in the text and emailed them.. right away they said they got my email. and in a couple of days it had arrived. i was amazed and aprehensive to look at my glasses at first because how it was done all so fast.. well everything was perfect. even the correction i made was there! very easy to place the order. i've read some confusion about how since there is not place for text. you just place the order and contact seller with the information you need engraved. that's it!thank you shivam peeps!
