Like the title says, Why WOULDN’T I own this. I almost died on an Atlantic City boardwalk, choking on a salted pretzel. By the grace of God, someone saw me and used the Heimlich maneuver and saved my life. When I saw this product, and now that I have a 2 1/2 your granddaughter, it made me realize how stupid it is to NOT to have it. Just watch the videos on their website, and there are several instances of real life use that you can Google. One in particular, in a restaurant, where mom, a dad, and their baby are eating. The child gets in trouble, and in the video you can see a big guy get up, walk out the door (all the while the mother and father screaming and trying to clear the child’s airway) come in the other door within seconds, and these people basically handed over their daughter to him. He wasn’t a policeman or a fireman. He just had the life vac in his trunk. He claimed afterwards that it was there for five years. But when he needed it, this baby is still around to tell the story. It’s a tough video to watch, but I highly advise you search it out. If that doesn’t convince you to cough up the dough and buy this, I don’t know what will. I have one in my house, one in my car, one in my daughters house, and one in her car. It’s the type of thing that you hope you’ve spent the money, and never ever have to use it. But if you do? You decide.

Tiktok made me buy it. Great to have if you have little kids in the house.

Hope to never use this thing, but I tried it on myself and on my kitchen island. Has tremendous suck power…. Ha.

Hard to rate without having to use but definitely something no parent should be without

Fortunately, I haven't had to use this but I was surprised at how much force it takes to compress the device.Also, do not expect this to work on a beard (this or any device that needs to seal on the face).

I think the LifeVac is a brilliant invention. It is compact and fairly easy to use. I wish the price was more affordable for more people.
