I purchased the Autophix 7360 twice. The first one didn't work, so I returned it and got another one. Thankfully, the new device works perfectly with my Lexus RX 350 2016. I can control the EPB and perform all the functions without any issues.However, I'm unable to update the firmware. When I connect it to my PC, I receive an error message saying "Failed to connect the device." I've tried multiple computers, but the problem persists. I contacted Autophix Support, but they haven't responded.Despite this issue, I recommend the device. It's affordable, has good build quality, and performs the job well. If the firmware update issue could be resolved, it would be an excellent product.
