I expected better - finish isn’t great either looks cheaply painted rather then the grey I expectedThe roof isn’t the strongest and can’t say it’s weatherproof as we haven’t gone through the winter yet

Quality is good and item is easy to assemble

The build quality is extremely poor. There is damage from manufacture that was simply wrapped up and passed onto muggins me.The wood is NOT pressure treated making this a 1 or 2 year item before it rots away. The stain is laughably thin as to be ineffective. It is very overpriced for what you get. The plastic door does not hang over the edge meaning water will simply run down and into the kennel. All of the panels and floor support are very thin. The roof sidings were not connected properly. I would send it back but couldn't be bothered with the hassle. Avoid Pets Imperial chinese products at all costs as it looks like it will last 2 years if you are lucky.

I took a chance on this product as reviews pointed to a bad relationship between suppliers and customers with regard to damage, so you can imagine my dismay when the courier unloaded a damaged battered cardboard box I explained that unless the package was opened and inspected I would not accept it the courier was 100% and took time out of his very busy day to assist me and as it turned out everything was fine. Only 4 stars for assembly as the hinges could be clearer it was no problem for me as I am a joiner but could be a bit clearer for self assembly.

Extremely poor quality, wood damaged and split, paintwork very thin and sloppy, roof damaged, had put it together and after sending photos and explaining that I needed the kennel and could I have a part refund.Loads of email back and forth, not at all helpful and constantly quoting the law, rude and abrupt emails and totally unhelpful.Even the logo above the door is smudged, not worth the money, no metal supports as advertised just flimsy wooden strips.

This is a product to avoid. Poorly made and mine was cracked and damaged in a number of places. I have begun to experience for myself their obstructive customer service. I can only say avoid.
