this is a good alterative to another neck wrap I had for many years. although this is a nice one for a small neck, it is not as thick or as long as my old wrap and doesn't hold the heat as well - so this one is my alternate - I would suggest the manufacturer increase the stuffing inside the wrap to hold the heat longer and possibly extend or have different lengths

Honestly it's not what I expected at all.. pretty disappointing it doesn't even smell like lavender at all which is a huge downer and wasn't as big as it looks in the pictures.. 1 star from me.

It's decently made. Easy to use and to handle. Just microwave it for a couple of minutes. Not heavy. Handles are convinient. Personally think it's could have been a little larger. Certainly looks small when hubby is using it :)Recommend as it's decently made and works.

I'm not impressed with this microwave heating pad. On the plus side, the cover is soft and comfortable, and the pad, when heated, has a very nice scent of lavender. Unfortunately, there are several negatives that make this not all that useful.The seams on the cover are not firmly stitched in some spots, allowing the beads/seeds that are inside to come out. So far several have escaped from the pad. There are no baffles inside the pad pouch, so it can be tough to keep the beads/seeds evenly distributed since they move around so much and end up clumped together.It does get nicely hot after just 90 seconds in the microwave. The heat, however, starts to noticeably fade after just 5 minutes of use, and is not hot enough for effective therapy after less than 10 minutes.There is a loop of nylon sewn at each end, but there is no Velcro or strap to keep the pad attached and positioned. It's especially awkward when trying to use it on my back since it won't stay put. It's better, but still not ideal, when used on the wrist or knee. Still, you have to hold it in place since it lacks any type of strap or binding.I can't say how well it holds in the cold since I only use heat therapy. But the same lack of attachment would hinder use of it as a cold pad as it does as a heat pad.The build quality, lack of interior baffles, poor heat retention, and lack of attachment straps collectively lower my score to 2 stars. There are much better microwavable pads available that do a better job on all these areas.

Got the product two days ago, I put it into the microwave imminently and used it. What a relief!My leg pain has reduced before the heat. I love using it after a showing or workout. A small natural investment can reduce all the pains, which is great!

This product you can freeze for several hours and only stays cool for less than ten minutes. When warned in microwave it can warm for 15 mins or so. One thing I don't like is having to hold it. I wish it had some type of strap so I don't have to hold it and I can get stuff done while I'm I ING or heating my back. I ended up buying one with a strap almost like this.

I like the length, material, and scent. works perfect for pain relief
