Maybe it's just me, but I like the somewhat slender design of the tank compared to others. This allowed me to keep more of the floor space under my sink for all the other nonsense tuck away in there. The turn installation of the filters is a breeze, and the water in my cabin tastes a LOT better that it did before. Mind you, the water is trucked in to a huge underground tank, and is somewhat filtered already, so it's not ground water. That said, this has made a such a difference in drinking water, other beverages, cooking, and ice production that I'm seriously considering moving to the cabin full time...if only I could get my job to go along with that.In all fairness though, the only issue I had was that I needed a longer amount of tubing, but that is due to the layout of my cabin. Having to go around certain obstacles, and ensure that I had enough length with some slack for the refrigerator plus the line up to the water spout was a small challenge that I'd assume others shouldn't have with 20' of tubing. As for those with concerns about the instructions, I suppose I'm lucky in that I've done stuff like this before as I didn't have any concerns.Lastly, I've looked up what replacement filters cost, and thought I wish they were a bit cheaper, I still find that this is an overall solid system for the cost.

I got this and had my son in law install. My husband died a few months ago and I want to be able to change the filters myself. I love the taste. The problem is that it only gets enough water for a pot of coffee and a store bought drinking water bottle of water and it's empty.My old clunky one that held 5 gallons always was full of fresh water.

This system removes unwanted substrates from the water and improves my waters clarity and taste. Before this system, my water was tinted and would leave residue on my counter and dishes. The set up seems intimidating but the instructions are very clear and the process only took me 15 minutes. The only down side is that the set up requires a decent amount of space under the sink so i had to play around with where I could hook it up. Worth every penny to ensure my water is healthy to consume and tastes great!

The instructions are fine, but not great.I made the mistake of not putting on the elbow on the bottom of the RO membrane. I thought it was just an elbow, and with my setup I didn’t need it to turn 90 degrees so I left it off. Well it turns out it’s also a flow restrictor and 100% needed for the system to work. It was just pouring water into the drain for hours. Oops. Could have been avoided with clearer language in the instructions.Overall, expect to spend 3 hours installing this thing.

I have well water and have always been concerned about the health and safety of drinking the water. This system was easy to install and gives me peace of mind that I am drinking clean and safe water. One downside is that it does take up quite a lot of space under the sink

We have a house that is not lived in all the time and the water has a stale taste after its been vacant for a while. It's also has very very old pipes and the water is from a tank. The water tastes so good now and the system was fairly easy to install. I was worried about the install since the house is so old.

I want to start by saying, I am very particular when I comes to water. I am wary of tap water and notice slight taste difference in the water I drink from. We have hard water and I was looking for a way to purify the water that was leaving rings around the faucet and counter. This system is great. I am happily drinking it and feel that my hand washed dishes are cleaner. We are not handy, so we did have someone else install it, but it seemed easy to someone with any knowledge base. I recommend this system to anyone looking to easily filter their water without having to rely on the refrigerator or another device.

We were really impressed by the items included to do the install. We did have to hire someone to drill through our designer countertop but we're really happy with how easy it was to hook up and the quality so far!
