The camera works right out of the box. Its easy to set up and the app is stable and easy to set up with lots of configuration options. The pet detection feature is excellent and demonstrates the quality of the AI.

Such a great device it is. I have become a huge fan of Eufy security cameras. Great built quality and the performance is upto the mark. I initially purchased 2 cameras for testing and now I am going to purchase 3 more of them though the same model is no more available but I managed to find out 3 pieces in the local shops. The only thing I would say they need to improve is the camera support for memory card capacity which is 128 gb currently also their cloud storage is a bit expensive than what we get from cloud storage service providers. They should either increase the memory card capacity or reduce the cloud storage charges. Other than that everything thing is perfect and I would recommend this device to everyone.

Works perfectly with good video quality for a reasonable price. It’s easy to set up, very user friendly. I highly recommend this item. 👍👍

The best cam but i got one of my cams stop hearing ( no sound ) maybe the microphone is not working any more

I bought 3 of these in August 2021. It is April 2022 and they aren’t working since a week! They are all showing offline even though connected to internet…I wrote a couple of emails to EUFY as Amazon has no support for such issues whatsoever, but, Eufy is veryyyy slooowwww…… Beware!

Easy to operate in the app and has face detection mode that can pan and follow the movement automatically
