The pool looks great but you better have at least 8 people to install. Everything better be spot on as far as measurements and level. The directions are terrible to follow nothing is labeled. I have been working on it for 4 days and it's still not done

So far, it arrived with a pretty decent sized gouge in the metal , the liner is incredibly cheap and too big so we were unable to smooth it out properly, the ladder is missing parts.....we haven't finished setting it up yet so I will update once we get to the filter and pump.....but so far it's been pretty disappointing.Update:They sent a $100 refund for the dents....which felt inadequate. I spent over $2k on a pool that has dents.They offered to send the ladder clips that were missing but honestly if you buy this pool plan to THROW THE LADDER AWAY. It is extremely unstable and cheaply made.We finally got it filled and the pump hooked up and the pump does not work.I really absolutely would just 100% not recommend this pool unless you want a big headache, missing broken parts, and a headache.Edit: this just keeps getting worse. They sent a box of parts for the clip replacement.....the clips aren't in there.We have barely been able to use the pool and the ladder is rubbing the side so bad that paint has come off.At this point it's not just the pool that I wouldn't buy, it's the company that I will never purchase anything from again.When I asked about the pump they sent me videos and information like we did something wrong. The pump parts were manufactured wrong.BIGGEST HEADACHE EVER.

We love our pool. The liner was damaged but the company sent out a replacement right away! Very pleased with it.

This pool was not as easy to set up as it claims. We ended up paying a professional $950 to install. We had already done the digging and leveling with fill sand. We had 5 people to help put up but the wall would not stay in the rail and the rail would not stay in the plates. The liner will probably only last 3 years and we will be having to replace. I recommend getting a professional to purchase and setup a pool. Don't waste time or money on this pool.

Hired professional for install. Pool is extremely sturdy. Best design by far. Everything was included. LOVE MY POOL! Very Pleased

Tried to get this pool together but no matter how we tried it didn't fit together properly. We decided to return it. They said we would have to ship it. Guess how much shipping was? $1200.oo.. don't waste the 2 grand...keep scrolling horrible horrible nightmare experience
