Really like these mats, but.....
I bought these mats in October/2016 and I have no problem with the flex (to pour chopped food into pot/pan/containers) , really like how thick they are and that they clean-up much easier than a wood cutting board. My problem is that they continue to curl over so that whenever we use them, we have to "reverse roll" them to get them to straighten out flat. To me, it is a tiny problem, but it makes my husband (a little) crazy (and he does most of the chopping and dicing in the kitchen). To be honest, he does 98% of the food prep and cooking and I (happily) do most of the cleaning afterward. I am enclosing a picture of the mats in with the cutting boards on my counter. The yellow is the most curled but even the blue and green (up against the wall ) are curled. The red is in the dishwasher. I have ordered from Amazon since 1998 (200-300+ items/year in the last 5 years) and this is only the 2nd or 3rd item with which I am unhappy

Meh
For some reason I thought I ordered these because they were suppose to be "cut proof". Shame on me for thinking I read that if thats not the case. I just really needed a cutting board and didnt want to get a big bulky one nor did I want to spend lots of money on something I wouldnt be using that often. After only 1 use 1 of the boards is pretty beat up. I thought the price was fair for the number of items. If you are willing to spend a few more bucks I would go with a brand thats a little better.

Warp easily, stain easily
We have used these for a month or two - after dishwasher they warp somewhat (convex from chopping side), which makes round food roll and juices run off. Have had other plastic mats that did not do this as much. also they stain more than our prior plastic mats (despite diswhasher) and have to be scrubbed. Overall not as great as our prior set, which I didn't think was anything special. These do look nice and have a nice backing....

Okay Cutting Boards
I love thin cutting boards, they take up a lot less room in a drawer and are easier to clean. I'd bought a few sets several years ago that were starting to wear out, so I wanted to buy some new ones. Our local store stopped carrying the exact same type, so I went online to try and match them. These are the closest thing I could find to our original design, but they are a big disappointing. The improvements in technology are the surface that allows it to be cleaned more effectively and the feet that are part of the board instead of a second "sticky" sheet that is glued on the back (and can fall off over time). However, the downsides are that these boards are thicker and more stiff, so they don't lie flat on the counter very well. This compounds the main problem, which is that the bottom doesn't stick to the counter very well at all. These cutting boards like to slide around way too much. It's not something we can't work around, but we'd prefer a thinner board that will lay flat more easily and a bottom that sticks more effectively to the countertop.

I love the size of these
When it first arrived, it was very curved. So any time I used it, the juices of whatever I was cutting, would just run off of it and onto my counter top.So I put a stack of heavy books on them to see if that would flatten it out. It worked for a little while, but then they slowly started curving again.I love the size of these, but mine came warped. Very unhappy with them.

Great improvement over previous versions of similar products.
I had been using a product similar to these for years now, even though they annoyingly would not lay flat. The ones I just received are thicker, they lat flat, and they don't slide around. These are much better for chopping nuts, carving meats and preparing vegetables for salads. The best part is that you can bend them, once food is chopped, and funnel it into your container. I am hoping they will not get so many knife cuts, which is what ultimately led to the demise of earlier versions of this product.

Just what the doctor ordered.
These are great! They're like the "Goldilocks" of cutting boards. Not too thick, not too thin. They're about twice the thickness of typical flexible cutting boards, and they're still flexible enough to fold and funnel your chopped items into your pot or pan. I wish I would've bought these sooner. Even cleanup is so much easier, thanks to them fitting easier in the sink. And water seems to bead right off of them. I plan on mounting an adhesive hook inside one of my lower cabinets so I can hang them all for convenient storage.

I am disappointed with these cutting boards
I am disappointed with these cutting boards. If you store them standing up they get a bow or curve in them. When you lay them down to cut on, the bow causes the items you are cutting to roll off. For example, slicing carrots or green onions - the items are light and do not weigh enough to flatten the bow/curve of the board. They roll off as you slice. You can kind of reshape them but rolling them the opposite way but it doesn't stay that way. I like the weight of the board and otherwise they are nice - non slip is good.
