I highly recommend it to anyone looking to add flaxseeds to their diet. Flaxseeds are packed with essential nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, and lignans. I love that these flaxseeds offer a convenient way to boost my nutritional intake. I eat these raw which is kind of nice but has very weird taste to it which is expected they are seeds. But they are very high quality seeds you can add them as is.

These are whole seeds that I grind before use. Excellent quality and price.

The seeds are great but I ordered 2 bags, and one spilled out in the box. Can’t find a way to ask for another bag to replace it. Hoping this review triggers a response!
