I returned this product so I cannot attest to its absorbency, ease to clean, or durability. The reason I returned this product is the quality leaves something to be desired. It came folded in quarters which means it did not lay flat. I tried to flatten it but wasn't able to get it to flatten as I would have liked. It probably should have been packed, stored, and shipped rolled, not folded into quarters.Also, where it folded in the half way point the white letter "l" in hello seemed like it was peeling away from the mat, which made me question how it would hold up when it was actually on the ground and people were wiping their shoes on it.Another reason for the return is it smelled bad like chemicals/plastic, which probably wouldn't be a problem if you are using this mat outside; I imagine it would dissipate then.Lastly, the measurements were off. It was a little smaller than listed (they rounded up) which made this smaller than I had wanted.I understand that this is a door mat and people are going to wipe their shoes on it so it will get dirty and "used" but I felt like with all these quality issues right out the gate it probably wouldn't hold up and didn't look as nice as it does in the picture. I wouldn't recommend.

I am so pleased and my guest were so amazed by how cute and durable my door mat is and how well it blended in with my Christmas Decorations. This is indeed a great buy and money well spent!

I'm using this door mat inside at the entrance of my house. It's so adorable and welcoming for guests coming over as it says Hello in very nice calligraphy. The material is very good and much better than the last mat I was replacing. Much happier with this.

This is a great mat, nice rubber type material
