I had an old one that has run out of free subscriptions. It costed $75 per year to renew and the features in the old one is getting outdated. This new one gets at least two to three years of free use.

This is my third A3 box. The second one started to produce problems after 3 years, I paid one year renewal fee, so I ordered a new one. But this time there are less apps appeared. I tried to contact support to be advised how to get and install more apps, such as 电视家，into the new box, but failed to send out this message again and again. I don’t know how to get help.

It fontina’s less shows and content from the one I got for my mom, but more expensive. Odd.

I bought this box two months ago. Now it already has problems. When I turned on the box and whatched about 20 minutes then the box freeze. I need to unplug and turn on again. it happen every time when I turn on the box.

Easy to set up, Quality is great, broadcast speed is fast when turning the channels,One draw back is once you add it to play later for the HK movies it will removed it form the lists and no longer available. Hope the developer will fix the issue.

The product was relatively terrible to set up and connect.Then got it to work.Go to settings and change language to English!You have to literally add ALL channels like with a Roku device but the problem is that it does Not show you what shows are available and the time.It was a pain to figure how to use as there was No instruction manual!Returned the item!

Easy to install. A lot of channels. Included is mature category 3 on demand movies. No freezing issues. But sometimes exits and goes to homepage, need to click on app again. No English settings. Overall good.

Works what it supposed to and easy to use has Wi-Fi easy move around room to room with out cable.
