I found the exact hinge lock that I needed to replace a broken lock using the camera feature. It came right up.

Purchased to secure the lids to two custom aluminum boxes my brother-in-law and I made. I'll start by saying the latches are much smaller than I was expecting. We planned to mount them to the boxes using rivets, but the holes on both pieces are very small. Ended up making them larger with a drill bit. Once mounted, the latches would not stay closed. Our lids have a small bit of tension and regardless of how we mounted the latches, that tension would pop the latch open as soon as we removed our hand. We had to resort to using a latch pin to keep the latches closed. I was crunched for time or I would have returned these and found something else. As is, I had to use them and I'm confident with the pins they will stay closed. So, I'm stuck with them but I definitely won't be buying them again.

I bought these to secure a lift hatch on my motorhome. I liked that they were metal and had multiple screw holes. The latches appear to be sturdy and of good quality. I would purchase them again.

These will lock even if one part is not on the same level ax the other. Used on a rock guard.
