I had a bad experience with this mascara. I donโt know if it was old or just bad quality but it clumped-up with my first application and flake off at the end of the day.

Formula was changed, company changing formula back in November
I have used this product for years, and loved it. I received two of this mascara in the last month (returned one), and both are thick and clumpy. I called the company who advised that they are changing the formula due to some negative feedback, and will have the reformulated product available in November.I mixed the black mascara with a tube of the clear formula to make it usable while I wait for the new product. I do feel it has helped maintain eyelash strength.
