It was an exciting ride and I must admit I guessed the ending. It was bit far fetched in some places but the suspense was palpable too. If you are looking for a good yarn, I think you will like this one.

A far fetched story with more twists and turns as the ending comes up fast. Enjoyable read though. I would recommend.

Well written and intriguing, this book was so good I read it in one day. The characters are well developed and the storyline is gripping. I highly recommend it!

I don’t think the author did a good job at character development. It wasn’t until 3/4 of the book did she show you their personal side.The book was repetitive and the build up of what the character did was consistently hinted out but not developed….and then the author just dropped it. I would have preferred the issue to be developed as I read.I did enjoying the ending. It was very predictable but here the author did a good job of weaving it into the storyline.Not crazy about this book but I will give the author another try.

Of course I had it figured out long before the ending. Beth’s life went to hell in a hand basket and it was hard to believe she couldn’t connect the dots on the timing. But it was very well done and I couldn’t stop reading.

This was one of those books that was hard to put down. Jackie Kabler did a great job of keeping you engaged with the story.

After starting this story I was not sure I would finish. I couldn't put it down. A Mother leaves her marital home and is Suddenly her "Mother seen again, leaving a daughter missing how er Mom. Suddenly her " Mom" and is accepted. Excellent end to this story.

This book stressed me out and I loved it. Figured it out towards the end but enjoyed finishing it with Beth!

I've recently read all of Jackie Kablers books having stumbled across one. They draw you in making you want to read on. The main characters are believable & plots have an unexpected but believable twist. Really good reads

Good mystery, thrill and suspense. Initial half the book is dull and with less excitement, but later on picks the pace. Length of the chapters should be less. Lengthy chapters doesn't hold the excitement.

Die Protagonistin ist so unglaublich langweilig und unsympathisch. Die Lösung ist absolut vorhersehbar. Ich konnte das Buch beim besten Willen nicht durchgängig bis zum Schluss lesen. Nach einem Drittel tat ich es und las das Ende. Und, ja, alles richtig gemacht! Schade, denn ich bin eigentlich ein Fan von Jackie Kabler.
