Perfect
First of all, don't expect these to last far beyond the party... but, with that said I must say that these are some of the best party hats I've ever seen. The cute handmade-looking attention to detail really sets these apart from the cheap-o's you get at the drugstore party aisle. These are adorable and the kids felt so special to wear them! I will buy them again in the different themes! :)

Super darling hats
Super darling hats..very well made with ribbons and elastic to keep the hat on. A little on the small side.

the silver tinsel at the bottom was all crushed and bent (not straight like shown). We used them at my son's party
If I saw one of these hats on a shelf at a store for $1+ (which is less than the price per hat in this pack, mind you) I would laugh and keep walking. The picture is certainly cute, but the hats that arrived at my door were defective. The stripes don't match up and ink is faded out in spots. Also, the silver tinsel at the bottom was all crushed and bent (not straight like shown). We used them at my son's party, because the kids didn't care about the defects, but for that price I'd expect them to look something like the photo. I'm giving 2 stars for the double elastic/ribbon straps which were actually really cute, and did help the hats stay on the kids.
