I love adding flaxseed to my smoothies, and this is milled to perfection for that, as it is very finely ground. It adds a nice flavor and tastes very fresh - and the quality is great. I love that it's also ready to eat straight out of the bag, if you want to simply sprinkle it over salads and other dishes. It gets two thumbs up from me!

As someone who enjoys making overnight oats to eat in the mornings, I like to have something to sprinkle on top. This milled flaxseed also works well in fruit smoothies and I mixed it with bread crumbs when making fried chicken. It makes me so happy to see an influx in food products for those with specific needs. So, major bonus that this is: non-GMO project verified, certified kosher and organic. Also for those with allergies, it’s processed in a facility that doesn’t handle dairy, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, soy and gluten. Highly recommended.
