We have several 18volt Ryobi tools and use them often. This tool was a welcome addition to our collection. Lightweight enough to enable you to do the whole yard without needing a break. The cord system is super easy to use. Well worth the money. Ryobi has come a long way since the early days. The quality matches some of its costly competitors.

This weed eater works great! My yard is small so I basically wack the entire lawn instead of mow. The battery has plenty of charge and the eater has plenty of power. Pretty lightweight and very simple to use.

If you have a large yard, this may not be the weed eater for you.It cuts a very small swath and the battery needs charging often! However, it is very light and easy to use - even though I'm a couch potato in my eighties!

It's light and lasts the whole yard . It took a few weeks of really getting into the tough stuff . Butnow does a really good job of maintaining edges.

Light and easy to handle. Great for light jobs, which is what I have. Battery lasts long enough for me to do what I need to do. My son has a bigger battery with his and it lasts much longer. The battery charges in a couple of hours. Very happy with the purchase.

This has been a game changer for my short stature and aging body. I can do our acre property in no time with two fully charged batteries and this little gem. I love my STIHL, but this is more practical for upkeep and much easier to start.

This is super lightweight and so easy to use. I love the feature of popping on a new spool of thread. It is easy to advance the thread and pop the battery on and off. I only wish the battery charge lasted longer but still would purchase this again.
