The diameter of the string is nice and the weave looks good and it works well as a BBall net.In the course of putting it on the hoop, I snagged it a few times and individual strands got pulled out. This is because the weave is quite loose.

Our portable basketball net gets a lot of use. It had needed replacing weeks ago. I finally ordered one and it arrived lightening fast.I got it from the post box at the road. Got home and found the basketball pole had been hit by a parcel delivery truck and was now laying across the concrete parking pad. Now we got “nothing but net” literally.I would recommend this replacement net. Although I won’t actually get to test it any time soon, it looks to be of good quality, made of quality materials, a good buy for the price.

I bought this and a heavier thicker net because after 18 months generally my nets wear out with some type of hole in them.There's so many garbage quality nets out there that are just shoddy lightweight and not worth spending $5 on. I'm not sure exactly what prompted me to purchase this as a spare I think I just wanted to compare the quality of the other one versus this one and I was very surprised of the thickness and the weight of this nylonish net.If you don't want to spend time breaking a new net in so the ball comes through every time this would be the one to buy in my opinion.

For the price of this, it does have good quality and very easy to install.
